- You experience technical issues that prevent the use of our services, and these issues are not resolved by our support team.
- The service purchased does not match the description or fail to meet performance expectations as stated at the time of purchase.
- You cancel the service within 7 days of purchase for a valid reason and have not yet utilized the service (for example, posting a job).
4. Non-Refundable Items
