We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the ( Sheet Metal ) manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
• Perform statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues
• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and implement best practices to improve quality and efficiency
• Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures
