Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Person with 3-10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. This is a full-time position located in India.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-10 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in a related field is a plus
